@Nicole Heasley, think about it in the opposite of what you want.

Lol I believe you made a similar comment on my last post and my tenants ended up reacting the exact opposite way :) They were grateful and we collected every single one of our rents.

When I did finally buy it was opposite of a safe bet - I bought into a renovation development project in a high risk area. 

But they're polar opposites (if three things can be polar opposites??). 

We usually ask for all three and then as a favor POSSIBLY waive it as a gesture of Goodwill.Some tenants are great you want them forever so treat them like it, some are the opposite treat them like it LOL. 

But instead of the fridge in that opposite corner, I put it at the end of the run after the range and some counter. 

The two that I insure are opposite in how the association insures the buiding.
