Does anyone have a good letter or post card template for shortsales?

I do direct mailings with a post card to NODs and it works pretty good.

I just think that if can devote more time to real estate investing ie.. wholesaling a make a deal a month ($5,000) I can pay off my credit card debt and do that consistently.

If i wait around for someone with credit around here i might have an issue since the new rule is 10% of the credit card limit can only be used before it hurts your score so its putting people in a position where they cant qualify as easy.

A lot of people will blast out 1000 cards one day and wait for the phone to ring for the next month.

I did a 900 mailing and I have a stack of approx. 90 cards.

Today, (8/20/09) the first phase of Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosure (CARD) Act is being enforced which makes me wonder.

I just have to get a library card to the library here since I just moved out here.
