Is there anything I, and others who have been wrung by Renatus, and the Renatus  "scam," [besides hoping that mentioning it a few times will have it pop up in search results, on the web, and save others] can do?

You can sometimes get some better deals during the winter if you are brave enough to combat the weather while others are at home sleeping.

Phil,I'm curious as to why or how you're basing your value vs. zillow's highly inaccurate and wildly fluctuating zestimate.There are many posts and arguments around the web on the problems and tainting this zestimate does to both buyers and sellers thoughts.In my area, the zestimate fluctuates constantly and way to quickly.

I've scoured the web for help, and I know every state is different.Anyone has experience with such?

I used to be a part time web developer and I know for a fact that a single like from an ad you posted online automatically becomes a lead. 

If you think this through and find that you really know nothing at all about the process of constructing a home (even to the point of say..posting on a web blog seeking information about the process :-) then you may want to reconsider.

Outside of the individual property LLC's is a separate LLC that will serve as our "brand" LLC and one that will make "pursuit expenses" like pre-operating legal expenses, web hosting, email, and travel expenses etc. that are not related to an individual property.
