Here in Florida, should cost you no more than $600 and extra between $400 to $900 for  the MLS Subsccription ( depending on county) but to be honest @Isaac Johnson after you are old enough,  Go online (Realestateexpress.com is great) you pay $70 for 40 hour test , $40 for Estate test and $50 for background check and boom !!!

Step 3 Look at other criteria such as migration trends, transportation infrastructure improvements, look at outlying areas of boom towns, areas that attack business startups and jobs, and areas that are transitioning from one economic class to a higher class (gentrification).
