I own my home along with three rentals which I will probably triple that amount of properties by the time I can actually fund one through my SDIRA so I'm (fingers crossed) not expecting to need that portion of income for daily living.

In the contract, they have crossed out all of the normal fees that the seller usually pays (doc fees, title insurance, title search, etc) and shifted them over to the buyer (me).

@Malik Batchelor In looking over the Probate Information Form, looks like the decedent didn't have a will, so your going to have to cross reference the decedent's address at time of death with your title company or set up a property profile account with any title company.The decedent may have additional properties in and around the area.

Once you read the obituary do you cross - check the name with the county to see if they owned property ... and that way actually be one step ahead of the probate followers?
