I know plenty of other investors who were focused on REOs who didn't adapt and who are frustrated that they haven't been able to find a good deal in the past year.But, if you're willing to zig and zag as the market dictates -- not just from an acquisition standpoint but also from a marketing standpoint, an exit strategy standpoint, etc. -- I believe long-term viability is a given.
