It's still only a few grand and a couple weeks, to have the carpets replaced,  some appliances delivered, and PEX piping installed, it's no big deal.

Grand total- $10,640.

My grand plan prior to discovering BP was to buy 4 or possibly 5 new construction homes 3/2 or 3/3 in Bend for around 200,000 all cash and rent them for the average rate. 

So there are different market forces at play here than a 2 family east of Grand or North County.

We cant get our hands on an substantial amount cash (6000 grand haha) until mid January.

There is a property I am researching... a 10 room Inn on Grand Manan Island off the coast of Maine.Because it is a "summer" destination only, and a hour and a half ferry ride, real estate is cheap there and this Inn can be had for under $400K.

Here's the situation: I've lost like 25 grand in the stock market and I only have around 3 thousand dollars total now in the world.

A good skip tracer may cost several hundred dollars and a good PI. may cost you a grand or two.
