Are there Grands involved??

If you have a grand slam deal then yeah refinance but do not refinance just to refinance - refinance when you have an opportunity.

My only caveat is it seems that majority of vets are on disability, so if you can get a couple extra grand a month for the rest of your life, that changes the math.
