I am looking for an interactive group filled with people who want to help one another grow.

I'm sure there are others, but North Carolina and Texas seem to be creating jobs and growing in population.  

I have tried everything from management in the restaurant business, to driving over the road in a tractor trailer trying to find a business that can grow beyond the heights I can reach physically.

Tenant is responsible for lawn care and to keep plants from touching, rubbing or growing on the outside of house.

Just thinking out loud trying to wrap my head around financing options as my portfolio grows.

It is a good way to grow your team and your knowledge at the same time.  

So now I myself am entering the real estate investment market, and with the help of members of Bigger Pockets, learn and grow my knowledge with the intentions of helping others just the same down the road. 

Now though I am looking to grow my portfolio, and am getting interested in the idea of marketing for seller financed deals with no (or little) money down.First off, I read "Structuring Zero Down Deals" by Joe Crump.

This site really is awesome, there are no questions I can't find the answers to, and its always great stealing everyone's awesome ideas about how to grow not using your own money.

Whatever business you choose to get into will require you to learn and grow on the job.
