Those are typically more difficult to get especially if your trying to to get robbed in the neighborhood.I would disagree with becoming a commercial broker and this industry is struggling very badly.

When there are commercial properties say an industrial property, the market is limited and you'll find that the banks may cut a deal in some areas where it has not been listed, in such cases the regulators use judgment as to compliance and meeting the highest and best offer.

Ash -I recommend asking/chatting with established wholesaler in your market, real estate investment clubs are a great way to meet people, title companies, and RE lawyers and subject matter expertsKeep in mind that wholesaling is still not clear for a lot of people, including people in the industry - don't get discouraged if a title company you called tells you "we dont do this", or "this is illegal" - just move on to the next companygood luck
