Is there a way to search the list of companies from BiggerPockets network tab?  I would like to filter to service provided and market location.  I don't want to have to just scroll through.Thanks,Paul

She is not motivated and you may not have the skills to educate her otherwise, even if you do, sounds like she's impressed with what she has, not a good situation to spend time with.

I like that you're young and motivated AND have chosen to focus your energy on real estate NOW.

If they found a trusted developer/investor they are happy to develop some sort of compensation of course but how would they get started?

Can someone help me recall the name of the site which is similar to Redfin, homes.com, etc but has an investment platform allowing you to sort by cap rates?

What sort of returns are they after in their investments?

If anyone has any experiences good/bad, dealing with motivated sellers please share with me.
