Even then, the sponsor's personal income info stay private from the other members.Alternatively, if the LLC is made up of 4 members and one of the members owns 51% of the LLC, while the other 3 are split up, only the majority owner may have their credit analyzed.

For the rest you’ll want to make sure you have enough cash for the 25% down payment OR buy good deals with value add that you could use hard money/private money, fix up, then refinance at a higher value so you had a lot less than 25% down in the deal and are not being bottlenecked by cash but instead deals.
