At the time, I needed additional building and land space for my business.  

In either case, all of this will apply, it's just easier to set up meetings with prospective contractors if you have unlimited access to the space you wish to renovate.

Or could build out a deck more (pressure treated wood) to use up some of the space

The secondary marketing space is a small arena and often times asset managers are moving from bank to bank.  

There has been a lot of investment in improving that area over the past few years: three low-rent apartment complexes have been demolished to create mixed-use higher end retail space (Roswell Rd and Windsor Parkway) as well as new construction apartment and town-homes (1mi north.)  

Or make it bigger if you have the space to do so.

I am in the ecommerce space and I can make a listing look great and can over deliver on customer satisfaction.

He seems to be looking for a reason to be upset at this point, so I'm wondering if I should just give him space and deal with the yard on the back end.

There is much to learn in the note space, I am learning everyday.  

I can tell from my extensive experience that using a mentor/coach who is vetted and is in the space will lead to a person's success much quicker.
