It may need to be rescheduled.I regularly work with out of town investors, including some out of the country, and this is something we figure out early in the closing process, as getting notary access at an embassy can take time since COVID.

Turns out that they do not have access to Zillow Group anymore and apartments.com even thou they keep marketing them as options on their website.

It gives you some liquidity, but you don't have any interest to access that money until you draw on the line of credit.
