It doesn’t need to be a lot, because a lot is different to different people, but is should be enough to make sure he keeps his eye on the ball. 

I found another HUD home for sale and decided to make a low ball bid on it as it needed the entire water system replaced.   

The plan right now is to nail down a specific area we’d like to invest in and then find our “Core Four” there to get the ball rolling.

I am expecting a low ball offer shortly.
