Do you have to pay resort fees and taxes when you rent out your place?

Have an 82 year old rent control tenant who is no longer able to care for herself.  

@Olivia TaittHi Olivia, if you want to go down that route, I would do a lease option for 24months and ask for $330-350k with a down payment (up to you, but nothing less than 10k), and the rental for $3,000 monthly, or something close to it. if that person don’t buy it in the end of the lease, you still own the proper and that gave you enough time to save some money. keep in mind that they can exercise their option at anytime.
