Also if you go to the website it will tell you by state and county what is the marginal error for the Zesitame for example in some areas of TX like Houston I guess the margin for error is around 40% and other areas of Florida is around 8% but I don't relay on any automatic system unless I do my own research.

After your 5 years, the loan either resets the rate automatically based on some target rate (i.e. prime plus x%) or else you "renew" the loan with the lender.But a blanket loan is typically the same thing.
