You can pay for the data on a website like CoStar but even the data there isn't as accurate as doing it yourself.  

It seems like you are getting your initial pool of potential deals from wholesalers and auctions, or maybe a great agent if you can find the right one.What I don't understand is how you can make any kind of repair estimate based on a couple of bad photos from a wholesaler or an auction website.
