I am interested in using the Brrrr strategy to grow my buy and hold portfolio and need help.I have spent quite a bit of time reading the forums (and many other sites/tools) to gain insight into southside suburbs and neighborhoods, but the process is just too slow.

In my defense I spent most of my "impressionable" years growing up in Tucson, AZ.

Potentially seeing if you can get a couple in a row to do something architecturally interesting with, or just riding it out until the area starts to grow a bit and then finally fixing them up to rent or sell ?

I know its a popular method, it will vary county by county....
