Hello,I have a 1963 built single story ranch style house, being used as my primary residence, in Dublin, CA.

I'm talking to a couple farm style banks in Oregon where the property is, but they're moving way too slow for what the seller wants to happen, and I don't want to lose this property just because I couldn't get a mortgage in time!

I personally prefer the NYC "tell it like it is style". 

What is your style? 

There are lots of spaces within CRE (retail, industrial, office, multifamily, self-storage, leisure, healthcare, etc.) and retail has definitely and will continue to be impacted by the internet.Malls are changing to the indoor/outdoor type with mixed use (retail, residential, leisure, office all combined) and entertainment included. 

That style seems to be coming back!

He was just thinking about how soon he can get out of that partnership.When you knock in doors, you are looking for very motivated sellers, not people that have no need to sell.

For electrical costs in my buildings (corridor style) I pay about $5 per unit per month.

Is it foolish to assume that just because the house matches on paper, that it could fetch a price tag that is (conservatively) $20-$25k more than anything else on the street and in that style?

They can pay cash to create the image of cash flow and supplement that cash flow out of pocket since income is not necessary to support their life style.
