There are two conflicting thoughts here, to me:-One says that you are limiting the number of people interested in the condo because they won't be able to rent it out, thus lowering the prospect pool and price.

I would just say that if you're going to get a rental in December just something to think about during the months of November-January there is generally less demand for housing as people don't really like to move during the winter.
