Should landlords put signs on rental properties?

I network with many investors in the scranton area as well as Vacation Rental investors in the poconos!

I've managed up to 400 rentals and never offered a concession.

The outcome has resulted in a short term rental that has way outperformed what we anticipated.

If you're planning to rehab properties for rental or flipping, a hard money lender might be the right fit.

Go to courthouse in city where your rental is, or see if docket is available online, and write down the names of the attorneys with the most landlord-tenant cases.

I had 2 or 3 called.Now again keep in mind I had zero interest in holding these as rentals and I ONLY bought homes that had significant equity for me.. mainly all pre foreclosures..
