@Dina Schmid  We has a situation where the seller of the property was an estate and listed the property as being 8 acres. 

As an aspiring investor I am at the stage where I am looking to learn through mentorship.

I left that job to join Roche Tissue Diagnostics where I repair medical instrumentation across the Midwest. 

Is this a situation where we (as sellers) would reach out to a wholesaler?

.), along with his idea of where you come from and your life experience determines what you need to feel like you couldn’t spend all your money without wasting it.

If he gets put out he's just going to wear out someone else's welcome, which is probably a friend or family member and that's where he belongs instead of putting off his problems on you.

Instead of seeing this as an opportunity, people like you get offended, and their egos are hurt, so to defend it they will instead of accepting actual data, try to manufacture and manipulate the narrative to construct a realm where they could still be right regardless of where or not it is right.

I'm sure they also spend significantly more time on their role, than you do in yours....or at least their time spent is more constrained where yours can be remote/on the road.
