Hello everyone, I bid on two separate homes with Auction.com and won both bids.

Do two things.  

When I search for homes in the West End area I try to use a minimum of two baths to eliminate some of the older homes.

She has been involved in two businesses that have stolen millions from the poker community. 

My question has two parts: A.)

I have a two flat on the west side of Chicago that has seen a jump in value since I purchased the property 2 years ago. 

I purchased a two family house in NY almost two years ago, but to purchase that home I took a pension loans and a personal loans to cover some of the closing cost ( 70k).

We were just notified that two tenants are subject to eviction, and one other tenant has given notice that they're vacating before we close on the property.This means that we could potentially be looking at a total of 4 vacancies, as opposed to the 1 vacancy we thought we'd have upon closing.

But staying on the sidelines waiting for something to happen has never been a good strategy.Who knows…maybe this whole article is a mute point if the two countries reach an agreement soon.

I have bought two  my daughter is getting hers this week and I have sold or referred about 5 or 6 buyers to the site who ended up buying one.
