you are paying taxes and insurance one way or the other …….as strictly a convenience and also a decent way to  budget for these items - I would recommend  an impound account  …..also most lenders  will charge a .25% fee  to waive impounds

Some comments:I have no experience wholesaling but I think it is hard and that to be successful requires a significant marketing budget.$20K is not much money, especially in San DiegoYou have no experience.Sounds like I am being pessimistic but not really because if your passion is RE I suggest you pursue it but consider alternate methods of pursuing the passion.
