Ask them how long have they been in real estate, and have them break down strategies that align with your objectives. 401k & IRA distributions, Depreciation, 1031 exchanges, passive income deductions, and just tax preparation is what you will ask your CPA.

You could also go work for an investor doing whatever or wait until you have some experience and then offer your services (probably for free) to an investor who could use another hand on deck in exchange for their time and knowledge.Keep at it and you'll be OK.

You could also hire some people with mobility (not stuck behind a computer in the Philippines) in your area that are willing and able to market the properties for you in exchange for a small commission.
