Now you know what risk/reward equations mean.

Over the years we have found a deal and then either over thought it and lost it or tried to shave that last bit of fat off the bone to reach some predetermined percentage like that ol' 70% number people are still tied to and guess what, another investor took the deal and reaped the rewards. 

Now do a risk reward analysis.  

For me, as a regular real estate agent, scaling means getting rid of lead generation activities that are taking too much time and focusing on lead generating activities that produce the most reward.

Buying properties at action is a risk v reward thing.

Plus, it’s just far more rewarding to be actively engaged! 

So, the majority are out of line as to risk/reward, and have high fees to boot.  

But sourcing small MF deals in an extremely tight market is a lot different and generally both a lot harder and less rewarding than selling luxury homes.  

But with persistence and a solid plan, you can build a successful real estate portfolio over time.Remember, real estate investing can be a rewarding way to build wealth and generate income, but it's important to approach it with a clear strategy and realistic expectations.

@Alexis Carr new build is high risk high reward but it sounds like you’ve done it successfully once so why not bet on yourselves and do it again if you can replicate what you did the first time.
