I might try and bluff with "after I reviewed the video" but otherwise you just have to decide about not renewing her lease or evicting.The concern with the eviction....on what grounds?

Do you contact homeowners directly if you've found the property on the MLS/sites like redfin, zillow, etc. or do you leave it to the assigned agent?

Is it a good Idea to advise the seller I am a wholesaler, my concern is that I don't want to take the chance on loosing the chance to obtain a sellers contract.
