Single family home, total remodel, brought this house back to life!

Been working as Construction Crew Lead for Habitat for Humanity of Clallam County through Americorps, the position comes to an end in September and I have been offered the position part time, 2 days a week to continue to help with the builds.

Growing up with Cerebral Palsy, I'm just so used to going through life with a "me against the world" attitude.

This deal took a good 10 years off my life and I thought may ruin me a couple of times.

Im in school as well as working full time but I’ll be honest— living in New York is so expensive and between student loans and not being able to do overtime while in school i realized I don't want to spend my life putting hours in the hospital just to get by.

Sure there are people who ‘made it’ that may say “I’d like to give back, I’d like to mentor a young guy or gal”… but I promise you they’re going to look for the same traits in their mentee that they had- which, in part, was the willingness to work ungodly hours in order to learn and get ahead in life.

I also learned that if I don't ask, I will never know what options I can negotiate in life, and especially in Real Estate, SO ASK!
