At which point they will "re-evaluate", which they have been doing since the original moratorium expired on July 22, 2020.https://www.news10.com/news/go...I know landlords in my local market, like the OP, that have not been paid for over a year right now.Early on, these unilateral stabs at the private housing industry could be chalked up to ignorance of the business, but at this point it can't be any plainer: this is a plan by the socialists in government to take over all private housing in NY by driving the landlords out of business and then seizing their properties via tax foreclosure.If you are investing in C-class properties in NY right now, you need to have your head examined.

Literally you are in debt on the property, but since the tenant is paying enough in monthly rent that you can pay all the expenses with money left over, you ignore the debt from the calculation and just look at the money in/money out calculation to determine percentage profit?
