Triple wide mobile home on 2.5 acres.

I couldn't get mobile to let me tag people, so I had to get to my PC.

My strengths are in backend web and iOS mobile development but I dabble in all sorts of tech.I do not have any prior experience with REI but ever since I read about gaining financial freedom through buy & hold properties back in college I knew it was something I wanted to pursue.

Does any one have any recommendations for Mobile Home insurers in the State of Florida? 

I have been extensively researching Mobile Home Park and Multi Family investing and my goals are to buy and hold for passive income and wealth.

I am currently on disability and I do have mobility but not able to climb under a house to fix a leaky pipe (and come to think of it, this is the part of real estate I would happily let others do.

They also lost their house and purchased a little mobile home to live in.Part of the deal with the bankruptcy was that the  bulk of payments we were making to Bobbys folks had to go to the creditors for 5 years.About a month after those 5 years, Elroy and Jean went into assisted living.

While you may be paying as much as you would in property taxes, the real issue is that when you place a mobile home on someone else's land, you are not building any equity.

If left running, electric eye/sensor/automatic types might help with that.
