I had a high paying job but half of my pay was based on patient billings, aka commission.  

I get most of my referrals because I am extremely patient and show homes as long as the Buyer wants to go see, knowing of course that as time goes on home prices creep up from season to season, in this market anyways.

When calculating the patient's eligibility for medical assistance, they included the worth of the home and the patient was forced to pay more out of pocket each month.I offer some advice from my personal life - don't put this off.

The main reasons they allowed my refi to proceed: I was understanding and patient with them when they were slow to respond due to a flood of requests and COVID, and I had a good track record with them over the past 3 years.
