From what I understand, the idea is that people will see that inflation is coming and will start buying durable goods, etc. now to preserve their purchasing power, and that will initiate the recovery.

I would like to carry something with a little more power, but it is difficult to conceal anything larger and still work with it (doing the maintenance, climbing on roofs, etc).

The leach field or laterals will be 4" and it appears you have 2", to connect as a clean out, picture an E shaped field, without additioanl clean outs it's hard to push that power roto into each line.

Preferably someone that has experience being a landlord, but also understands the power of owner financing and it's many benefits.There are many buyers that still want to buy property, but can't get financed.
