From what I understand, the idea is that people will see that inflation is coming and will start buying durable goods, etc. now to preserve their purchasing power, and that will initiate the recovery.

I would like to carry something with a little more power, but it is difficult to conceal anything larger and still work with it (doing the maintenance, climbing on roofs, etc).

The leach field or laterals will be 4" and it appears you have 2", to connect as a clean out, picture an E shaped field, without additioanl clean outs it's hard to push that power roto into each line.

If you can get a contractor to build you a second story with a swimming pool for the money you get from the insurance company, more power to ya!

Even though I do not work with my former friend due to greed & power, I work with a great group of people and have met many wonderful people along the way.

Preferably someone that has experience being a landlord, but also understands the power of owner financing and it's many benefits.There are many buyers that still want to buy property, but can't get financed.
