That's Wylie, not sure if it is true for your area.Also, outside of high demand and rapid appreciation, I don't think you are going to drive the cost too much higher than $90/sq ft with upgrades.

I have ordered from online, and so far, they surpass all the company warranties, if I had a broken part, I'll just buy it and have it installed, the advantage of having your own employees to do technical work though.
