Nice job Brian.re: Once you have an RMLO lined up to handle the applications and origination and have nailed your terms...market away.Thanks for the kind words, Hattie, and I love your posts btw, but as far as marketing on Craigslist or in print for Owner Financing buyers,  I would caution you not describing the exact terms of any owner financing and have something vague, like"Owner will finance either owner carry or lease to own, there is some qualifying, please contact NAME RMLO # PH#" for an application or link to a 1003 app like thishttps://www.dropbox.com/s/xd2qn5djkf6z15v/Mortgage...To act in the capacity as marketing for a financing arrangement without proper licensing can get you in FEDERAL hot water.

I also stressed to the broker my major concern was regarding the plumbing and I received no disclosure of any deficiency, past or present from the seller.As it turns out, it was discovered last week,mjust before I planned to close, that the seller had indeed made some major repairs to the plumbing, including sewer and fresh water lines connecting the chiller and boiler.
