Single family?

There are many military and other families here that can use this type of home. 

A few years ago, I bought a single family home in Parker, Colorado.

I researched the family selling the peoperty, and they owned local businesses and seem to have been semi-well known, and wealthy.

Any active multi family investors in the greater metro area?

I currently own a home in upstate NY that is a two family, which I rent out both places with a positive cash flow of roughly $500 monthly.

He financed the initial purchase price, and leveraged private money from family and friends for the rehab.
