You should shift your perspective a bit...you need a place to live and you are/will be paying to live somewhere.

Im going to start driving around a few neighborhoods and try to spot vacant, run-down, foreclosure/ delinquent residentials to type into the countys tax website.

I’m new to the U.S., so both the construction and legal processes are different from what I’m used to.

Looking for insight on where to get started on figuring cash flows and possibly unexpected costs when looking to purchase a smaller RV park.
