Typing run-down addresses into county tax website
Im going to start driving around a few neighborhoods and try to spot vacant, run-down, foreclosure/ delinquent residentials to type into the countys tax website. What is this strategy called, and will I know if it's a good starting point of a possible investment worth chasing after?
