Simply put; every 5 or 7 years (depending on your loan) your APR will be adjusted. 

The best advise is to simply keep pressing forward and not let these sorts of things inhibit you.

@Joey Morea - I totally agree with what you just said, my houses are also in Champions Gate and my community is very strict about street parking, in the last couple of days I've seen random people simply parking their cars in our driveway.

I'm thinking about sending him a warning notice or simply a text message, but I don't want to upset him.
