Prior to this, the demand for contractors was so bloated that rehab budgets were getting blown up 20k above what they should be simply due to demand.I do not think that this competitive sprint in the market will last forever.

@Joey Morea - I totally agree with what you just said, my houses are also in Champions Gate and my community is very strict about street parking, in the last couple of days I've seen random people simply parking their cars in our driveway.
