I turned all this over to my attorney that has already don't some leg work on this case and is representing me (My IRA) in defending another very similar case in Greenville County.

The fact that you recognize this has you two legs up on most people!

Hey @Milad AriaThis is definitely an interesting topic that I’ve seen kicked around on the forums a handful of times over the years.From what I can remember, I know several (likely the majority) of those considering the strategy ran in to obstacles they viewed as insurmountable/unworthy of the time/effort/money required.That said, I do recall a few that found a way to make it feasible/profitable and your experience with imports/manufacturing likely gives you a leg up on your average investor.I’d be very interested in seeing your  plan/number crunch if you’re confident in your ability to make it work. 

Im not a lender so I would definitely find one who is willing to do the leg work for this but according to the VA it is totally viable.

I a new to the investment real estate world but have a true passion for it.

Looking to build my team in anticipation of owning some investment property in Coralville/Iowa City area.

I am considering to invest rental property in Iowa City.

I am also in Iowa City and have rentals and do Real Estate Appraisals in town.

Larger homes tend to take more leg work to get rented on MTR though.

This is my first post on BiggerPockets :)  I am a new investor in the Iowa City/Coralville area, and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend reliable handymen or contractors for rental properties in the area.
