Homes prices can go up monthly (sometimes daily it seems) but rents cannot change until lease renewal.  

I'm working with an agent, watching the MLS on a daily basis, and have made offers on a handful of properties with no success (several second-place finishes, though). 

I decided on two daily actions — the second being a bit more unconventional than the first.1.

I know the median rent is awesome IF we rent and so is the STR for the area...( I already had it researched)..I can set it up to stream line it for STR / Air BnB and would probably make a killing - daily rentals for this house in that area are a low of 200 a night up to 400 or even 500 (but we do not have a pool - I can get one installed down the road if I keep it and want to continue Air BnB. 

I know many independent financial advisors, and they have told me that they receive PPMs from real estate operators raising money on a daily basis, so talking with them.  

The headlines of new companies, jobs, and developments seem almost daily.

:)  or like our business were we are out of state and no debt we get robo called daily on our properties  I grew up in the land business  and love it to this day..
