And after 30 years of a $1.1M paid-off house appreciating in an up and coming town, when I decide to downsize at the age of 65 i'll fund a good chunk of my retirement, or hand off a nice asset to my kids.If you could hypothetically take $100,000 on a HELOC and turn it into $5,000 per month cash flow would you do that?

Our goal is to increase our net worth, to help supplement retirement income down the road and to currently provide a stream of cash flow to enjoy some of the finer things in life.We both work full time in professional careers and have so far found a way to manage careers and the real estate business while keeping up with two kids (15 yrs & 20 Yrs old).

Just an idea, but what about business cards stating what you are looking for, your contact info and a short statement about a referral fee.

When you have decided on yout for sure niche  you could get an attorney (tax accountant) or a CPA to help you with your business type.

Check out some of Immanuel and my other posts for details backing this up but suffice to say Notre Dame is working with SB to bring in high tech industries, there is a new power plant going in south of town, it still has great manufacturing including trailer construction, it is on the intersection of 2 busy highways 80 & 31, and it is less than 2 hours from downtown Chicago which is one of the largest inland ports in the world.
