Does your company handle online rent transaction tenants can make direct to the owner/property managers? 

And any recommendations for reputable companies in the area who can give us an estimate would also be appreciated.  

I had 2 different hvac companies come out and was told there's nothing they can do about it.  

(i.e. disputing that comments were written in MLS listings after I sent the listing in with the comments highlighted;  saying that a sale hadn't yet closed when I submitted both the listing and the transaction history from the title company showing it closed 2 weeks before appraisal date)I am following all the rules and going through the appraisal management company.  

Paint companies put together their popular colors or what they forecast for that year as trending in fashion and based on "Region" but there is a reason the chip wall and fan decks are so all encompassing.

It's completely normal for a title company about to issue a title insurance policy to discover something during their due diligence, that you didn't see when you pulled a title report for the exact same property from the exact same title company. 

I've seen posters suggest this, but the C corp has always been a real estate investing company.
