I believe that the lawmakers, while well intentioned, did not take this into consideration when expanding the privacy laws.  

If she can rise to those expectations there are always rewards - frozen yogurt, an extra park trip...you get the idea.

One additional consideration is I started a new job (but same profession) less than two months ago and I will be speaking with lenders around my 6mo mark and I think between that and potentially an auto loan it might give them reason to say I need to be at my job longer.
