Technically, you can't be marketing a property to buyers if you don't have a marketable interest in the property, and that's what it appears you want to be doing.Not saying there aren't legal loopholes that you could find to do it, but you're going to want to consult an attorney if you go that route.Again, just my non-professional $.02...

Samantha M. about figuring the price, you may want to do some of your own homework or consult with a realtor regarding the properties currently listed, sold, how long they have been on the market and what they sold for in comparison to the property that you would like to sell ( age of square footage, #of bedrooms, bath, garage, and any any other features of the property.
