I will be bringing an electrician to look at the wiring to make sure I did not miss anything, and will be paying for an in depth inspection, and from what I saw there maybe be a storage tank as I saw a pipe coming from the ground labeled 'Oil' which I will be looking into.

I think you pretty much covered all the bases with this one other than nuclear fall out shelter and Breaking Bad cook kitchen, but all of them are possible and will be MUCH more comfortable because we installed.....

But it was fun assessing all the issues & we got to meet a lot of county/town b'crats & building code enforcement staff.In retrospect the best place to invest in one would be the oil/gas fields in the Dakota's where you would quickly recover the initial outlay & vacancy rates would be minimal.

Hey guysJust wanted some opinons, I am 19 , just moved to Edmonton Alberta, I hate it here but jobs are here, I worked construction and made just over 5 grand a month all last summer and now im working as an autmotive apprentice for 10 dollars an hour ( by 4th year ill be capped at 29.50$ an hour)I work 9-5 weekends off now, but the thing is Im kinda thinking about getting in construction, oil rigs again for fast money but I dont want to rethink this down the road and regret it, Fast money as in, money to get into serious full time investing as a career...I also want to move back to Ontario to get a Construction job next september...Is it worth the 65-75 hour weeks now till im 25 till I go full time investing or work 9-5 making 50k a year?

Another point that many agents and consumers do not realize is that oil goes into basically everything you need to build a house and we currently are not drilling for Oil as much in the US.

Once installed, best to have them on predefined schedules, as they’re only 3x as efficient as gas/oil when they’re working to maintain constant temps versus changing it up/down over time.
