I had a friend who's parents built a condo in Mexico.

My partner and I are going to put an offer in on this duplex tomorrow, and just wanted to have some others look at it to make sure we analyzed it correctly.The owner purchased the duplex 1/12 years ago as a foreclosure.

I would like to hear the Guru’s of real-estate recommendation on purchasing a house, condo, or renting?

When he did it I just thought he was being nice as my neighbor in the duplex had already moved out and i figured he had to mow her side anyway.
