I've always been beat out by more experienced aggressive large investors that employ tons of bird dogs.

They are in no way like the unprofessional, problemtenant you may have experienced.

Question for the more experienced investors out there?

[/size]Or, another tack...putting together an ePinions.com or realtor review website that allows freedom of commentary, allows users to rate their Realtor--does this exist somewhere?

Or do appraisers get some kind of special golden ticket that lets them review the MLS data created by the Oompa Loompas?

That said, I am not sure if anyone took into account the fact that you would need those tax advantages (well, maybe "all cash" did considering his gpa and years of experience ( :D , hope we can all enjoy the little bit sarcasm)).
