I have personally noticed in some of the older complexes that even something as simple as ceiling fans that are added after the fact, if they are not installed properly, cause more problems than they are worth (hot spots where they joined wires and did not put in junction boxes, low ceilings so they hang too low so tall people cannot walk through the room, etc.). 

My advice is to just start analyzing deals and get the hang of seeing what makes a good deal for you.

I'd for sure hang on to it.

But there are a lot of agents out there that do it part time, and some that just hang a license with a firm so they can stay compliant with laws and collect referral bonuses.

This seems like economic suicide for this part of town as now they have to deal with 250 homeless hanging around the area.

Face-to-face interaction is the most valuable if you can get it.Always, always stay until after the end, hang out, and get to know people.

Always a great hang and you’d benefit a ton! 

If they answer yes, just hang up. 

With that said though, most (from what Ive seen), if the tree branch hangs over in your neighbors property that branch is their liability, not yours.

Patrons pull into the parking lot with music blasting and hang outside the establishment talking/yelling very loud (loud enough to wake me up), along with multiple fights including chairs being thrown and vehicles running into other patrons (all on video that I have recorded).
