I have personally noticed in some of the older complexes that even something as simple as ceiling fans that are added after the fact, if they are not installed properly, cause more problems than they are worth (hot spots where they joined wires and did not put in junction boxes, low ceilings so they hang too low so tall people cannot walk through the room, etc.).

With that said though, most (from what Ive seen), if the tree branch hangs over in your neighbors property that branch is their liability, not yours.

Patrons pull into the parking lot with music blasting and hang outside the establishment talking/yelling very loud (loud enough to wake me up), along with multiple fights including chairs being thrown and vehicles running into other patrons (all on video that I have recorded).
