The only thing about these is you have trouble doing anything to the exterior walls, like installing new windows or even hanging pictures....Other than that, no problems, they are solid houses...PS - If you don't like the look you can paint or even have a stucco color coat applied.

HI ALL,I have this small uilding in a C- area, recently one of the tenants son started having friends over and they hang out in front of the building, it can be from 2 to 4,5 people hanging out in front of the building on the steps and smoking..IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?
