The only thing about these is you have trouble doing anything to the exterior walls, like installing new windows or even hanging pictures....Other than that, no problems, they are solid houses...PS - If you don't like the look you can paint or even have a stucco color coat applied.

They don't hang out in the back yard and garden.While you are technically the owner and therefore the property manager by default, from experience, they'll figure it out and then there's an awkward conversation/mention.
